Month to month
After setup, Ignite is $1,000 a month and Ascend is $2,000 a month. Every plan has $25 consults and 0% medication markup. No long term contract, no revenue share.
Financing
The setup fee can be financed through independent partners, subject to their approval and terms. Plativia Labs is not a lender and does not extend credit.

How long does launch take?

What does the setup fee cover?
Setup covers standing up your clinic: provider credentialing, legal structure, branded storefront, and pharmacy onboarding. Ascend and Scale also include a full website buildout and expedited LegitScript certification.
How does medication fulfillment work?
Approved prescriptions route to our national pharmacy network or a pharmacy you choose. Medication passes through at wholesale with 0% markup, and cold chain medication ships direct to the patient.
Do I own my patient data and records?
Yes. Your patient records, order history, and customer list stay yours, fully exportable and never locked to the platform.
Is there a long term contract?
Launch and Ascend run month to month after the one time setup. Scale and Integrate are scoped to your requirements. There is no revenue share and no patient lock in.
